Blind dates,
Soiled promises,
Unkept vows.

Lying lips,
Stony hearts,
Doubtful minds.
I looked for God and found Him in
Drunk bottles,
Ripped hymen,
Burning cigarettes.
I looked for God and found Him
In nothing,
In everything,
I looked for God and didn't find Him
