Colour were only colour,

And human, humans,

Until they got mixed up,

And colour became humans.

Colour were only colour,

And human, humans,

Until White got meaning,

And Black got defined.

Colour were only colour,

And human, humans,

Until White chose God,

And Satan Black.

Colour were meant to be just colour,

And human, just humans,

Until White gave light,

And Black - every dark night.

Even in the year when the walls of China fell,

And all still bear brunts of its broken piece,

Colour were just to be colour,

And human, bloody humans.

Even when the real virus was racism,

And the world powers played her politics,

Colour could have just been left as red, blue, green etc.,

And human, hearty, caring, loving and compassionate.

Even when it was hell,

And no place seemed kept,

Colour could have just coloured,

And human, humanized.

But no, not too long ago,

Colour got mixed up again,

In some bone and blood contest,

And guess who won? - Colour.

Colour is not just colour anymore,

Human are no longer just humans,

If it is not white and live,

It is black and die.
